Vendor Operations Specialist
Keep our vendor partnerships running smoothly
Are you organised, detail‑minded and love making things happen behind the scenes? This Vendor Support role sits at the heart of our Vendor Management function — keeping supplier records accurate, onboarding tidy, renewals on track, and teams connected.
What you’ll do (day to day)
* Coordinate vendor onboarding & due diligence docs ️
* Maintain audit‑ready vendor files (contracts, compliance evidence, contacts)
* Support renewals, quotes & reporting (incl. Salesforce updates)
* Collate KPI/SLA inputs and keep trackers/reporting up to date
* Triage vendor queries, escalate smartly, and track actions to closure ️
* Help Sales + Marketing align on vendor activity and go‑to‑market support
* What we’re looking for
o Experience in admin / sales support / procurement / vendor support (or similar)
o Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail ️️
o Confidence juggling tasks and keeping great records
o Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
