Luxury interiors showroom in Central London require a dynamic Kitchen Designer with a minimum of 3 years experience, ideally with Italian kitchen brands, to work with our exclusive new Italian kitchen brand
Objectives:
To provide outstanding professional customer experience through excellent creative design, communication, and co-ordination from start to end of each project.
Your role:
Welcome clients and visitors to our showroom to explain and demonstrate the features and options of our exclusive Italian kitchen range
Gain a full understanding of the clients' needs and wishes
Offer practical advice to create the design brief
Provide knowledgeable advice on cabinet finishes, appliances and work surfaces
Produce considered and creative designs plans for the CAD kitchen presentation
Conduct site surveys
Manage the customer project process including quotations, payments, ordering, deliveries and installation to provide an exceptional customer journey
Prioritise workloads and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and targets
Assist, support and collaborate with collegues as needed
Maintain showroom standards, including kitchen displays, supplier literature and samples
Play a key role in the updating and maintenance of the web site and social media
Provide keyholder support with showroom opening and closing
Requirements
Experience in the kitchen design industry with Italian kitchens
Spoken Italian an advantage
Excellent creative and selling ability
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience with SketchUp and AutoCad
Experience with 3Cad an advantage but full training will be provided on the 3Cad software
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
Ability to manage and maintain the website and social media
Self-motivated and organised
Good time management and able to work under pressure to achieve targets and deadlines
Outstanding attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
A team player, flexible and adaptable and who can adjust to changes in the working environment
Benefits
Base salary £26k to £34k depending on experience plus uncapped showroom commission after completion of probation period
The role is full time: 5 days a week – Tuesday to Saturday
