* Work closely with customers, support providers and local agencies to create positive tenancy outcomes
* Carry out viewings, sign‑ups and tenancy visits, supporting customers to maintain their homes
* Monitor rent accounts, address arrears and follow agreed procedures, including court attendance where required
* Respond to ASB concerns, neighbour disputes and customer queries with empathy and professionalism
* Keep accurate tenancy and housing records on our systems and ensure lettings and property standards are met
* Support customers with welfare benefits, mutual exchanges, and accessing wider services
* Promote tenant involvement, events and community investment initiatives

What we’re looking for

* Experience in housing management and knowledge of relevant legislation
* Confident working with diverse customers, including those with mental or physical disabilities
* Strong communication, relationship-building and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to use housing databases (Open Housing or similar) and produce clear reports
* Someone who brings our PRIDE values – Partnership, Respect, Inclusion, Drive, Efficiency – to life
* GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent); enhanced DBS required
