NUMA is London’s leading Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Clinic, featuring eight specialised custom-built medical-grade mono-chambers. As a private clinic led by Dr. Nur Ozyilmaz, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced innovative HBOT treatments. Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our team and provide outstanding patient care.
About the Role
As a NUMA Clinical Assistant, you will be at the heart of our patient experience, ensuring a seamless and supportive journey from arrival to departure. You will assist patients during their HBOT sessions, maintaining high service standards while working under the supervision of our Medical Director, Dr. Nur Ozyilmaz.
This role is ideal for a Nurse or an experienced Healthcare Assistant (minimum 2 years) looking to move away from a large hospital setting and into a private, warm, and patient-focused environment where you can build meaningful one-to-one patient relationships.
No direct medical responsibilities are required—comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional patient care throughout their HBOT experience.
* Operate HBOT chambers (full training provided).
* Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment.
* Communicate confidently with patients, answering questions and providing reassurance.
* Handle administrative tasks, including Microsoft Office and Booking Systems.
* Work collaboratively with the NUMA team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £25,896.80 per year
