Your duties will include:
Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and waxing, ensuring a hygienic, and relaxing experience for guests.
Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge to Deliver to recommend services and treatments to guests.
Drive retail sales by confidently recommending spa products tailored to each client's needs.
Maintain accurate client records, tracking treatment history and feedback to enhance customer care.
Keep the spa environment immaculate, ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are always clean, well-organised, and professionally presented.
Monitor and replenish spa inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
The ideal candidate:
To excel in this role, you must have strong communication and customer service skills, previous experience in a spa environment, and an NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent professional qualification.
