The Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee HR technology solutions, ensuring system integration, data integrity, and compliance.
* Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training.
* Ensure HR operational efficiency through technology.
* Require strong technical expertise in platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and experience with HRIS platforms such as ServiceNow.
* Proven experience in HRIT management, HR processes, and IT systems.
* Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management are advantageous.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
