As Workforce Development Adviser, you will work with services within the allocated remit to plan and develop a comprehensive learning and development programme to meet the current and future needs of the services. Your responsibilities include conducting effective learning needs analyses, identifying skills gaps, and planning learning & development activities using various methods, including face-to-face and online tools.
We are looking for an individual with experience in learning needs analysis, learning & development planning, and Associate Membership of CIPD. You should have experience designing and delivering training, with a proven ability to innovate and improve learning processes.
