Provide insightful HR management information and reports as needed.Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): CIPD GCSE Grade 4/C or Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English. In-depth knowledge of Employment Law and best HR practises. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Experience in education or local government settings is highly desirable. Proven experience in managing change programmes and reorganisations.Technologies: Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
