Lean Manufacturing Manager About the Role Our prestigious, manufacturing client based in Wroxham within the Marine and Luxury Yacht industry, are currently seeking a Lean Manufacturing Manager with Green or Black Belt certification to lead continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operations. This role is critical to driving operational excellence by making manufacturing processes leaner, smoother, faster, and more cost-efficient while ensuring sustainable change and high performance. Responsibilities * Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste, improve workflow, and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency * Apply Value Stream Mapping, Ishikawa (fishbone) analysis, and Kaizen methodologies to drive process improvement and operational efficiency. * Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to drive performance, cost savings, and quality improvement.
