Essential requirements
* Proven track record as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator or an Account Manager, specifically in the Food Manufacturing industry. Must be a car driver with the ability to drive to multiple locations.
Desirable requirements
* Competency with computers and Google packages.
* Good communicator, ambitious and have a keen eye for technology advancements such as AI.
Your role as an On-site Manager
* Manage day-to-day recruitment operations and maintain strong client relationships on-site.
* Coordinate staffing requirements and ensure service level agreements are consistently met.
* Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes for the facility.
* Utilize recruitment software and technology to track performance and improve efficiency.
* Act as the primary point of contact for temporary workers and site management.
