You’ll be part of an organisation that: Invests in your development – with ongoing CPD and support to gain teaching qualifications if needed Values your industry expertise – allowing you to shape the training experience with your knowledge and skills Makes a real difference – helping individuals achieve their SIA licences and progress into rewarding careers The Role You will deliver high-quality teaching and learning across a range of SIA-related qualifications, including: Level 2 Door Supervisor Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 CCTV Operator Level 2 SIA Licensing (including embedding K9 Dog Handling as added value) Key responsibilities include: Delivering engaging lessons using a range of teaching, learning and assessment methods Supporting learner engagement and helping to achieve organisational targets Marking, assessing and providing feedback to support learner development Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health & safety and Ofsted/Matrix requirements Ideal Candidate We are looking for a dedicated and experienced trainer with: A Level 3 qualification or significant professional experience in the SIA/security sector Maths & English qualifications at Level 2 or above A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) Excellent communication and organisational skills Experience using E-Portfolio systems like OneFile (advantageous) If you are passionate about training and want to help learners develop the skills they need for a successful career in security, we would love to hear from you.
