At the heart of our organisation are our people. We are seeking an HR Advisor who is passionate about the employee lifecycle, employee relations, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, delivering clear, pragmatic HR advice and support change initiatives within a dynamic environment.
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR support.
Job Description
To include but not limited to:
13. Provide a first-class people centred employee relations service including manager and employee advice and guidance which drives high employee engagement and satisfaction across all of Gardline and associated companies. This includes change management, performance management, absence management, investigations, disciplinary and grievances.
14. Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives for your area of responsibility within the business.
15. Provide support to staff and management for people management, in line with statutory, regulatory and Company policy requirements.
16. Review and maintenance of HR policies and procedures on the CMS and ensuring the correct interpretation and consistent application across the business.
17. Providing support on HR projects and new initiative development and implementation as and where necessary
18. Support in the preparation of Monthly HR Metrics Pack, annual Gender Pay Gap Report plus any other reporting requirements as required by the team
19. Audit preparation and participation as required
20. Undertake any task not specifically identified but which would be considered reasonable by a post holder and for which training and development has or will be provided.
Qualifications
21. CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management
22. Relevant HR experience in all elements of the employee lifecycle
