Job Description
* Provide legal advice on a range of contract matters
* Draft, review and negotiate contracts
* Manage and resolve contract disputes
* Ensure compliance with contract law and regulations
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Train and mentor junior team members
* Keep up-to-date with changes in contract law
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Contracts Lawyer should have:
* A degree in Law
* Professional legal qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in contract law
* Excellent legal drafting skills
* Strong leadership and management abilities
* Effective communication skills
* An ability to work well under pressure
* Commitment to professional development
