Harding Physiotherapy Ltd is a forward thinking, private MSK clinic looking to welcome an additional Physio or degree qualified Sports Therapist, to our super, compact team as we look to grow into our expanding clinic.
We are located in rural Cambridgeshire, easily accessible from the A1, A14 and A141 with free onsite parking. Our ethos is strongly centred around delivering excellent patient care and staff achieving a great work life balance, whilst enabling the clinic to meet demand for availability from our clients.
This role will suit an enthusiastic Physiotherapist (with full current CSP and HCPC registration) or a degree qualified Sports Therapist. You will be confident to work as an independent, autonomous practitioner, to manage your case load, with regular supervision and guidance available from senior clinicians. Our Administrator ensures smooth daily running of the clinic, allowing therapists to focus on providing excellent evidence-based treatment to clients, maintaining notes, professionalism and conduct in line with CSP/HCPC standards and seeing clients through from the start to finish of their rehabilitation journey. We enjoy using all the tools in our physio toolkit, and the ideal candidate will have exemplary manual therapy and communication skills.
We have an established, loyal client base, who are highly motivated and compliant with treatment. Our clients are of mixed ages and activity levels, presenting with an interesting range of MSK conditions, coming from self-referral, insurance companies, local GPs and consultants. The ideal candidate will want to embrace treating clients, and building great rapport, to achieve clients' individual goals and supporting them along their rehab journey, working in line with the CSP's MSK service standards. We also offer a growing range of additional services to support and promote our local community in better understanding their health and wellbeing, such as body composition testing.
Harding Physiotherapy will provide you with a CPD budget and time off to attend courses. Regular supervision and appraisals are standard practice for all team members. We offer a competitive salary in return for the skills and expertise our staff bring to the clinic.
Core Responsibilities
· Manage your clinical caseload, providing MSK assessments and treatments to the highest standards
· To provide excellent, evidence based care to our clients
· Encourage, develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of self and others
· Fully comply and apply with legislation, policies and procedures
· Provide support, both in admin and clinical, to other team members when required
· Maintain professional standards in line with the HCPC and CSP's Professional Code of Conduct and Standards of Practice
Applicants Must Have
· Relevant MSK experience and rehabilitation
· Full current HCPC and CSP registration (If applying as a Physiotherapist)
· Excellent manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
· Acupuncture qualification is desirable but not essential.
· Demonstrable ability to speak and write English fluently, with high standards of verbal and written communication.
· Ability to demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills.
· Be reliable and dependable with good interpersonal skills.
· Clear understanding and evidence of the ability to respect patient confidentiality.
· Flexible, forward-thinking approach to work
