Pear Recruitment - Sales Negotiator Tottenham Salary - £23,000-£27,000, OTE £50,000 Working Hours 5 day working week, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-4pm Driver & Own car required Our client is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly and busy team, for their branch based in Tottenham. In this role, you will play a key part in the property sales process from start to finish. This is a busy and fast-paced position where you will work closely with buyers, sellers, and colleagues to ensure property transactions progress smoothly and successfully. You will coordinate communication between all parties, manage sales progression, and help resolve any issues that arise to keep transactions moving forward. Key Responsibilities: Conducting property viewings and providing expert guidance to prospective buyers and tenants Managing negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients Carrying out property valuations and advising on pricing strategies Overseeing the full marketing process, ensuring properties are presented effectively Coordinating with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other parties to progress transactions smoothly Managing transactions from offer agreed through to completion Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage Maintaining detailed knowledge of the local property market to provide accurate and informed advice Requirements: Previous experience in estate agency sales Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused attitude Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a proactive attitude Excellent organisational skills UK driving Licence and own car essential If you are interested in this Sales Negotiator position and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis.
