We are partnering with a client undergoing an exciting period of large-scale change and transformation to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner.
This role will play a pivotal part in supporting senior stakeholders through organisational change, operating within a centre of excellence HR model and collaborating closely with a team of HR Business Partners to deliver a consistent and effective people strategy.
So, what’s the role?
* Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a critical friend and a critical challenge
* Provide HR guidance on a variety of people queries and opportunities, partnering with people leaders to support them through difficult people issues
* Partner with HR colleagues across the centre of excellence to deliver joined-up solutions
* Support leaders with communication and engagement
* Drive initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness and employee experience
* Drive ideas and deliver solution focused insight on current business challenges,
* Embed behaviours and values throughout all people leaders within your stakeholder group
What are we looking for?
* Proven track record as a HR Business Partner in fast-paced and ever changing environments
* Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Hands-on experience of leading and supporting senior stakeholders and challenging appropriately where necessary
* Innovative approach to people challenges with a strong solutions-focused mindset
* Comfortable working as part of a wider HR team within a centre of excellence model
