Job Description
3. Support the Finance department with daily accounting tasks
4. Reconciliation of bank statements
5. Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports
6. Processing invoices and expense forms
7. Preparation of VAT returns
8. Maintaining an organised and streamlined accounting system
9. Assisting with year-end financial audits
10. Ad hoc administrative duties as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
11. A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
12. Proficiency in accounting systems
13. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
14. Strong numerical skills
15. Knowledge of financial regulations
16. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
