HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast-paced environment, working within a warehouse handling luxury brands within the Tilbury area.

About the Role
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will support the Warehouse Supervisor with the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations. You'll be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering excellent service to the customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicating daily goals and deadlines to team members
* Planning workloads and delegating tasks effectively
* Creating and maintaining a productive and positive working environment
* Assisting in training and developing warehouse staff
* Performing customer service duties, including customer interaction when required
* Sharing business updates and information with the wider team
* Providing hands-on support to ensure daily workloads are completed on time
Experience Required
* Minimum 5 years' experience leading a team within a warehouse environment or fulfilment operation
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams
* Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
* Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service
* Good Level of English
Shift Pattern
This role involves weekend working as part of a rolling shift pattern.
* Shifts: 6am-3pm / 10am-7pm
* Weekends: 2 weekends per month
* Early starts and late finishes required
