What We Offer

* Base salary £50,000–£80,000 (depending on experience)
* Uncapped commission:
* OTE Year 1: £85,000–£100,000
* OTE Year 2: £100,000–£150,000
* OTE Year 3: £150,000–£200,000+

The Role

You will be a 360 sales consultant, owning the entire client relationship from prospecting through to renewal. You will focus on:


* New Business Generation: Strategic outbound calling to engage senior decision-makers. This is the primary driver of success and remains the core of the role.
* Deal Development: Building trust, managing longer sales cycles, and ensuring Assured is front of mind when the moment to buy arrives.
* Account Management: Retaining and expanding client relationships through value-driven service, cyber risk updates, and proactive engagement.
