Key Responsibilities of the Teacher:
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment.
* Support pupils in achieving their academic potential and personal growth.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe learning space.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers, and support staff.
Requirements for the Teacher role:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Previous classroom teaching experience is desirable.
* Strong understanding of effective teaching and behaviour management strategies.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
