We are seeking an experienced Commercial Waste Services Manager with a background in waste management, recycling or logistics to oversee the day-to-day running of operations and client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate drivers, subcontractors, and daily collection schedules.
* Manage client accounts across our commercial property portfolio and external customers.
* Prepare quotations, contracts, and service agreements.
* Raise invoices and oversee accurate account administration.
* Build strong relationships with tenants, suppliers, and commercial clients.
* Support tender submissions and identify opportunities for business growth.
* Ensure operations comply with UK waste and environmental regulations.
* Resolve operational or service issues quickly and professionally.
About You
* Previous experience within the waste management, recycling or logistics, management sector.
* Strong organisational and operational coordination skills.
* Experience managing customer accounts, invoicing, and contracts.
* Commercially minded with excellent communication skills.
* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of UK waste compliance and Duty of Care requirements preferred.
