Corporate Security Officer
Location: Broughton, Chester, CH4
Hours: Guaranteed 42 hours per week. Monday to Friday with weekly rotation between early and late shifts; 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off; full‑time with a flexible shift pattern.
Pay: £12.69–£13.23 per hour
Responsibilities
* Protect Intellectual Property: Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
* Maintain Site Security: Perform daily tasks to keep the site secure and compliant with client expectations.
* Access Control: Manage access points, including staff and vehicle searches.
* Patrols & Monitoring: Conduct building patrols and monitor security alarm panels.
* Emergency Response: Act swiftly and efficiently to manage risk events.
* Wing Escort Duties: Prevent traffic blockages and unauthorised access.
* Drug & Alcohol Testing: Conduct ad‑hoc testing to ensure a safe work environment.
* Intermediate Emergency Care (IEC): If required, this may be assigned as part of the role.
Qualifications
* Right to work in the UK with a 5‑year checkable history.
* SIA Licence: Valid Security Industry Authority licence.
* Driving Licence: Full valid UK manual driving licence.
* Proactive & detail‑oriented: Self‑motivated with a keen eye for detail.
* Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) Clearance required.
