Production Operative - Hartlepool
Pay Rates: £12.21 per hour (Days) / £13.21 per hour (Nights) Shifts: Days, Backs, and Nights (rotational or fixed)
Role Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a fast‑paced manufacturing environment in Hartlepool. This role involves supporting daily production activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating production machinery to support manufacturing processes
* Carrying out assembly, packing, and quality checks
* Following production schedules and work instructions
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
* Reporting faults, defects, or material issues to supervisors
Requirements
* Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
* Ability to work either days, backs and nights
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
