The Role and The People We Suport
You'll become part of one of our fun, friendly and dedicated teams who provide support individuals with various support needs within their own homes. There's never a dull moment, every day is different!
As a Support Practitioner, you'll support and assist the people we support with all aspects of daily living, including cooking and preparing meals, personal care, administering medication and managing personal finances. The individuals we support enjoy a variety of activities such as playing pool, going to the theatre, attending classes or social clubs and going for walks in new places. With your guidance and support, you'll help the people we support to maintain their own homes and be an active member of their local community.
It would be beneficial if you had a full manual UK driver's licence with a year's experience on the roads, but this isn't a deal breaker. As the people we support enjoy going swimming, being confident in the water would be beneficial but again not a deal breaker.
