An opportunity has arisen for a Guesthouse Manager to run a 6 room boutique guest house in north London
We are a small boutique guest house seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as the Guest House Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the guest house, including guest check-in and check-out, managing reservations, preparing and serving buffet style breakfast, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.
The successful candidate will need to have hospitality skills, a great personality, excellent English-speaking abilities, and a good work ethic. It's a bonus if you have hotel management experience, but we will not hold it against you if you don't.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
Handle reservations, including taking calls and responding to emails
Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt attention to guest needs and concerns
Coordinate with housekeeping and reporting maintenance to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained
Handle guest complaints and provide solutions to any issues that may arise
Assists with inventory management and ordering of guesthouse supplies
Working closely with Pub General Manager and Operations Director
