A specialist, well-resourced school in Farnborough is seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their friendly, supportive team. The school supports pupils with a range of moderate to complex needs, including autism, communication and sensory needs, learning disabilities, and more complex profiles. The environment is nurturing, structured, and enriched with modern classrooms, sensory rooms, therapy spaces, and strong multidisciplinary support.
About the Role
As an LSA, you will work closely with pupils in either KS1 or KS3, providing individualised support to help them access learning, regulate emotions, and develop independence. You will assist the class teacher in delivering structured, differentiated activities and work collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and families to ensure consistent, holistic care for each child. Essential:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
