About the Role We are seeking a caring, patient, and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support a small group of three children who work together at the same table. Two pupils have ASD and another has GD; they are close friends who thrive when supported consistently and calmly. This is a rewarding role with no violent or challenging behaviour, ideal for someone who excels in providing structure, reassurance, and tailored learning support.
