About the Role
We are looking to build our team of Bank Mental Health Support Workers in Herne Bay and Canterbury. This role involves assisting the people we support to develop new skills that help them manage their home, work, education, and social life. You will support with medication and provide emotional support. You will encourage each individual to build their independence and achieve their goals.
Hobbies include cooking, arts and crafts, music and gardening. You'll be making a real difference in helping people build their independence and confidence.
Hours
0 hour contact. Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM to 5PM, with shorter hours on weekends.
Location
You'll be working across 3 services in Canterbury and Herne Bay, a friendly coastal town with a supportive team environment. Free on road parking available.
