* Excellent Rates of Pay from – £13 - £13.50 depending on Experience and Qualifications. (Term Time only) (Holiday work will be available) Shifts hours: 07:30-09:00, Monday to Friday (1hr 30m)
15:00-18:00, Monday to Friday (3hrs)(Plus 2 hours a day for Admin.) Times may differ slightly Magna Groups are a provider of Breakfast, Afterschool and Holiday clubs in various locations around South and West London and Hampshire. Catering for 5 -11-year-olds to provide them with a safe and fun environment away from home. Magna's Ofsted registered Camps and Extended Schools provides children and young people the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of specially designed activities that will truly inspire, captivate, and keep them wanting to come back for more. *Now Recruiting Site Leaders for our newly added schools* *Breakfast and* *Afterschool Clubs Provision*. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with children leading fun activity sessions that will INSPIRE, CAPTIVATE and ENGAGE. *WHAT TEAM MAGNA ARE LOOKING FOR*. * *Ability to lead and manage a Team and Site safely, following all Magna and OFSTED rules and procedures.*
* Individuals who want to work with children and make their time with us FUN.
* Knowledge and experience in managing a childcare site.
* Have the ability to collect children safely, organise a team and lead different activities (Creative, Sports sessions and more) that are active and engaging.
* Hands on individuals who actively engages and participates in the activities with the children.
* The ability to work collaboratively with other Professionals, Parents and Team members.
* The ability to initiate and lead exciting and inspiring activities to engage children.
* The ability to work using your own initiative.
* Good communication skills.
* Experience of working with children of primary age.
* Knowledge of how to keep children safe. *Education:* Level 3 or above, Childcare Qualifications or equivalent. (Essential) Safeguarding knowledge. *Experience:* Childcare: 3 years (Essential) Leading and Running a full Childcare site: 2 years (Essential)*Licence/Certification:* Enhanced DBS (required) Paediatric First Aid Certification (required)*In return Magna will provide:** a fun working environment,
