Marketing Executive – POS
This is a high‑impact role where your creativity, commercial instinct, and POS expertise will directly shape how millions of customers experience our products. We’re looking for a driven, hands‑on marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to grow within a successful, ambitious business.
We value curiosity, inclusivity, and a problem‑solving mindset. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment and are excited to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.
With inspiring experiences, development programmes, and our apprenticeship scheme, your career can grow far beyond the day‑to‑day.
What you’ll do
Being a Marketing Executive, POS is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll be:
* Deliver POS support across equity, franchise and corporate stores, working closely with the POS Marketing Manager to execute the UK retail marketing plan.
* Create briefs and manage artwork approvals for menu boards, pricing labels, and digital instore content, ensuring campaigns are brought to life with accuracy and impact.
* Review and approve campaign assets to guarantee best‑in‑class execution across print and digital POS, maintaining gold‑standard quality in every site.
* Lead POS implementation by supporting store trials, producing clear POS guides, and ensuring flawless installation through strong agency and store engagement.
* Manage POS budgets by raising purchase orders, tracking spend, and working with the POS Marketing Manager to maintain accurate budget control.
Who you are
* Proven instore marketing experience within retail or QSR, with a track record of delivering large‑scale POS campaigns.
* Strong creative briefing skills with the ability to write clear, compelling briefs and collaborate effectively with agencies and stakeholders.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, reactive environment.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to problem‑solve under pressure and present outcomes to senior stakeholders.
* Highly organised and tech‑competent with excellent time management, multitasking ability, strong data‑entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
