As an EHO, you will gain a behind‑the‑scenes look at how we keep our community safe and healthy. You will work on various tasks, from helping with inspections to learning how we ensure that premises serve safe food. Key Responsibilities
* Investigations & Inspections: Assist with service requests, inspections, and monitoring activities across different environmental areas.
* Customer Focus: Learn how to provide advice and assistance to the public and other stakeholders.
* Enforcement Actions: Observe how we carry out enforcement actions to ensure public safety.
* Collaboration: Work alongside our team and other organizations to achieve our goals.
* Follow council rules and health and safety guidelines.

* Attend work at the agreed times during your placement.
