We have an excellent opportunity for Care Assistants to join our new Care Team to be based in;
Leicester (LE5)
We have opportunities of both full time and part time positions available. Working usual shift patterns of:
* Mornings 7am-3pm
* Evenings 4pm-10pm
* Alternate weekends
(Must have flexibility to work a minimum of at least x2 evening shifts per week for full time roles)

Job Description:
* Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping with the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
* Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes.
* Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
* Supporting service users to access and be a part of the local community, including attending appointments, events and social activities where needed.
* Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
* Support with administering medication.
* Contribute as needed to a person's end-of-life care.
Requirements:
* Have a right to work within the UK.
* A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
* No previous experience is necessary, but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care.
