A global firm seeks a Pensions Operations Team Lead willing to challenge the status quo. Lead transformation, shape governance, and drive innovation across delivery teams.
From upgrading tech to crafting MI strategies, you'll streamline operations and boost performance at scale.
Responsibilities
* Develop expert knowledge of business systems and processes
* Assist in defining governance for new scheme installations
* Prioritise technology improvements based on business impact
* Collaborate on MI improvement roadmaps
* Define and establish the team, fostering effective connections
* Maintain strong governance standards with regular reporting
Requirements
* APMI or EPMI qualification is desirable but not essential
* Proven experience in occupational pension scheme administration and transformation
* Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pension systems
* Self-motivated, independent, and change champion
