Job Title: General Manager
As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the resort's successful refurbishment, rebranding, and repositioning upon completion.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing strong leadership across all departments, including Accommodation, F&B, Golf, Spa, Events, and Leisure.
2. Driving performance and profitability while maintaining a premium guest experience.
3. Collaborating with ownership and senior leadership on strategy, innovation, and brand development.
4. Leading and developing departmental managers to foster a positive and motivated workplace culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. 5+ years proven experience as a General Manager, preferably with familiarity in a resort setting.
2. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
3. Passion for creating memorable guest experiences with meticulous attention to detail.
