What you’ll be doing… As a Catering Supervisor proactively supervise catering teams on site as well as recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients. Motivating and managing a team Providing warm, friendly service and engaging with customers to ensure a positive dining experience. Controlling and managing a budget Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues, Ensuring high standards of cleanliness in kitchen and service areas The ability to cook and assisting with food preparation, assembling dishes, and maintaining well-stocked food stations. Assisting during busy periods, special events, or across different stations as required Working Pattern: 18 hours per week | varied working days - primarily 6.5 hour shifts | alternative weekends | hours between 7:30am and 7:30pm Salary: £12,870.00 (£13.75 per hour) Job ID: 6567 What can you bring?
