At Enfinium, we’re on a mission to transform waste into sustainable energy. As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be part of a dedicated maintenance team, ensuring the mechanical integrity of our plant through preventative and reactive maintenance. Ensuring Safety & Compliance – Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across all maintenance activities.
Supporting or Leading Technicians – Depending on your experience, take the lead or begin building your leadership skills while supporting performance and development.
Optimising Plant Performance – Troubleshoot faults, analyse root causes, and implement effective solutions to meet key performance indicators.
Delivering Planned Maintenance – Use our CMMS to schedule and carry out preventative maintenance, improving reliability and reducing downtime.
Managing Outages & Contractors – Support or manage planned outages, working closely with contractors to complete maintenance efficiently and safely.
Driving Continuous Improvement – Help develop and deliver mechanical compliance strategies, always looking for ways to raise the bar.
HNC/HND or equivalent in Mechanical or Engineering discipline (or working towards it)
Experience in Energy from Waste, power generation, or a similar heavy industry
A problem-solving mindset and strong mechanical aptitude
Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH or NEBOSH) – desirable
