About the Role

We are now looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to join our team and help lead our busy workshop and reception area.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the workshop and reception
* Support, guide, and assist the technician team using your technical background
* Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service
* Plan, manage, and prioritise job flow to maintain efficiency
* Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer care are consistently met
* Contribute to a positive team culture and professional environment
* Liaise with suppliers, customers, and staff as needed
Requirements
* Qualified Vehicle Technician with relevant industry experience
* Strong understanding of workshop processes and motor vehicle repair
* Confident communicating with customers face-to-face
* Positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and leadership capability
* Willingness to learn — full training and support will be provided
