Overview
Motorsport Advanced Developments Ltd is actively seeking an experienced CNC Mazak Turning Programmer/Setter to join our team on a full-time basis. This crucial role demands the candidate is well-versed in Mazatrol and using Mazak machine Tools. The right applicant will need to be able to program, set and run Mazak Lathes, with bar feeds and 2nd spindles. They must have experience of working on a mill-turn components and working within a production environment. Experience of Milling is not essential, but could be advantageous.
As a crucial part of the team, you must be able to communicate effectively, be efficient and be want to be productive. Experience of working with ISO9001/AS9100 accredition is preferred, but not a must.

Responsibilities
* Program and set Mazak turning centers, 550M to 200MSY Lathes through Mazatrol.
* Ensure machine tools are set up according to precise specifications and maintain proper calibration.
* Ensuring the component you make is made within drawing specification, suitable for the client and within set machining times.
* Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to guarantee optimum functionality.
* Address and rectify any operational issues that occur during the production process.
* The ability to Inspect final products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
* Adhere to safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in programming through Mazatrol and using Mazak machine tools.
* The ability to work as part of a team and be a team player.
* Strong mechanical aptitude with proficient use of hand tools.
* Knowledgeable about logic controllers and mathematical skills.
* Ability to interpret schematics, and technical documents.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to following instructions precisely.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
