This is an exciting time to join the Trust, as we are now embedding an holistic education and development methodology for our existing staff and future workforce. The successful candidate will take the lead for facilitating and developing learning for all grades of staff and students across all pathways, with primary focus on the operational environment across the ICS and with external partners. They will promote high quality care, clinical expertise, and evidence-based practice to meet the needs of our patients.

Working for our organisation

They will be the key liaison with learners, our university partners, education and training team, and operational teams across the region. The role also provides expert support in relation to higher education, clinical practice, and professional pathways. This includes the provision of appropriate mentorship, supervision, and support for all operational staff and both internal and external students, and act as a quality assurance mechanism for both practice educators and learners.
