About the role:
Being a Customer Services Assistant with Your Co-op is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. Here, you will be part of a business that puts people at the heart of everything they do.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
1. Going the extra mile to ensure customers have a fantastic store experience
2. Providing customers with a speedy and convenient checkout process
3. Ensuring the store looks presentable for customers
4. Replenishing stock to ensure customers can purchase our wide variety of products
5. Participating in social activities and during-work volunteering to support your local community

Your shift pattern may include some evenings and weekends, but we value your time outside of work and will make your rota available 4 weeks in advance, giving you peace of mind to enjoy your days off.
