Key Tasks & Responsibilities
· Preparation and service of breakfasts, lunchtime meals and buffets
· Cooking
· Clean and maintain all areas within the kitchen and dining room
Qualifications and skills required, backed up with certificates:-
· City and Guilds 706 1&2 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Catering equivalent.
· Level 2 in Food Safety and Hygiene (if not, prepared to complete asap)
· Skills and awareness for health and safety
· Food allergy awareness, and training (if no training, prepared to complete)
· Natasha's Law awareness
· Basic financial understanding and commercial awareness
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
Hours of Work
· Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 14.00pm and Friday 0700 – 13.00pm inclusive 34 hours per week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
