About the Role:
Sellick Partnership is looking for a Locum Childcare Lawyer to join a large local authority legal team in the East Midlands
This role can be worked remotely.
Key Responsibilities of a Childcare Lawyer:
* To advise upon and conduct proceedings relating to the protection and care of children
* To competently carry a caseload of public childcare matters
* To advocate, when necessary, at the Family Court
* To provide policy advice and specialist Childcare services
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Childcare Lawyer:
* Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
* Previous experience handling childcare cases
