Administrator required, Richill area 40 hours a week (9am-5.30pm Mon - Fri) Salary depending on experience own transport essential due to company location Key responsibilities will include: Contact with customers daily (inbound and outbound calls) to collate order information Processing orders onto database quickly and effectively, liaising with other departments where necessary Printing pick lists for production team Final order checks before printing invoices to be delivered with orders Label printing Scanning returned invoices for payments process Resolving issues where stock does not arrive as planned Maintaining all documents relating to supply chain process Working as part of a busy team to forward plan for customer requirements Who We're Looking For: Essential Skills & Experience: Educated to GCSE Level, Grades AC, or equivalent (including Maths & English) Minimum 2 year's previous experience providing administration support Must have proven experience of working in a fast-moving environment where ability to deliver is paramount The applicant should be dynamic, energetic, self-driven with a positive "can do" attitude towards work and a clear focus on deliverable metrics How to Apply: Send your CV to Call (EXT 345) for more details Skills: Customer Service Administrator Sales Support
