We are currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join our busy multi-franchise site in Pontypridd, South Wales. We are looking for a professional and confident person who can fit straight into the team. This could be the ideal opportunity for a capable Sales Executive to take the next step in their career as well as a current Business Manager.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Sales Manager and responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department.
The position will involve;
2. Helping customers find the right finance package to suit their needs
3. Demonstrating a strong F&I knowledge
4. Will be required to manage and coach the sales team in accordance with the company retention process
5. Selling finance, insurance products, and additional products
6. Working within the FCA regulations and company guidelines
7. Matching customers’ needs to the relevant finance sources
8. Managing the sales team in the absence of the Sales Manager
9. Experience in stacking finance deals
