About the Role
Aitana is seeking experienced self-employed mortgage advisers to join its expanding team. This is a fully remote role where you will handle inquiries, manage your own schedule, provide comprehensive advice and recommendations, and receive support from an experienced administrative team. You will engage with both new and existing clients and collaborate with introducers to grow your referrals.

Your Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality mortgage and protection advice to clients
* Building and maintaining relationships with lenders and providers
* Staying updated with industry knowledge
Requirements to Succeed
* Full CeMap qualification or equivalent for mortgage and protection advice
* At least 12 months' experience in mortgage advice or a mortgage administration environment
* Passion for customer service and achieving the right outcomes
* Professional attitude and rapport-building skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
