The Role
Are you passionate about transforming raw data into meaningful insights? We’re seeking a talented Fabric/Data Consultant with expertise in Azure and Power BI to join our team. This role suits someone who enjoys working with cutting-edge technology, developing robust data architectures, and driving strategic BI initiatives. If you're eager to help organizations unlock their data's potential, we want to hear from you.
* Proven experience in data engineering with exposure to Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, or Databricks.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or willingness to learn its ecosystem.
* Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and engineering.
* Interest in data science, with a drive to expand into predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on workflow optimization.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills for a consultancy environment.
* Experience in data modeling and understanding of Kimball methodology.
* DP-600 – Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification.
Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
* Designing, building, and optimizing high-performance data pipelines and ETL workflows using tools like Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
* Implementing scalable solutions for data ingestion, storage, and transformation, ensuring data quality and availability.
* Writing clean, efficient Python code for data engineering tasks.
* Collaborating with data scientists and stakeholders to support machine learning and advanced data modeling.
* Researching and integrating latest cloud technologies and frameworks.
