About the Role – What You’ll Do
As Reception Manager, you will be the face of Amazonico.
You’ll lead the reception team and ensure every guest receives a warm, professional welcome from the moment they step through our doors.
You will:
* Manage reservations and guest lists with confidence and discretion
* Lead, train and inspire the host team to deliver five-star service
* Oversee smooth front desk operations and handle VIP & high-profile clientele
* Work closely with restaurant managers to coordinate guest experience
* Implement and maintain service standards in line with brand values
* Take pride in every interaction, ensuring guests feel recognised, valued, and excited to return
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience as a Reception Manager (or Head Receptionist) in a premium hospitality venue
* A natural host with outstanding people skills and strong attention to detail
* Confidence managing high-volume reservations while staying calm under pressure
* A genuine passion for guest experience, diversity, and cultural awareness
* Tech-savvy with platforms like SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar
