Your Role and Responsibilities As a nurturing guide for our dedicated care home team, you'll work hand-in-hand with the care home manager. Ensuring our cherished Meallmore customers receive the highest quality of care. Upholding all statutory and regulatory requirements. Implementing and monitoring Meallmore’s corporate standards, policies, procedures, and technology systems. Fulfilling the duties of a ‘Responsible Person’/’Registered Individual’ as directed by your line manager. Stepping into the shoes of the home manager when they're away. Providing clinical oversight at care home level. Pitching in with on-call duties, because we're all in this together. What we are looking for Relevant nursing qualification (RGN, RMN or RLDN) with current NMC registration. Care Home experience Motivational leader – fostering a nurturing environment for key team members to encourage a culture of growth and advancement. Team player providing clear direction Knowledge of regulatory standards and legislation. Positive role model who inspires others IT literate and confident using Microsoft packages Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers.
