A great opportunity for Sales Director to join a high growth AdTech business that leverages data-driven insights. Your focus will be on developing and closing new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, as well as expanding existing relationships. What You'll Do: Prospect, engage, and close strategic partnerships with key UK merchants in the Hospitality space. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach to proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure. Deliver needs-based solutions through in-person meetings, video calls, and webinars, drawing on market insights and deep product knowledge. Build strategic account plans to forecast revenue and track performance against ambitious sales goals. Collaborate with internal teams across product, analytics, marketing, and customer success to deliver best-in-class client solutions. Analyse campaign performance and provide data-led optimisation recommendations aligned with each client’s goals. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, advertising technology, and competitor landscape. What You'll Bring 5 years of experience in digital media, marketing technology, or marketing services sales, ideally in a high-growth, tech-driven environment. A strong background in selling to senior marketing stakeholders (CMO, Head of Digital, etc.) at UK-based merchants. Demonstrated success working to £1M annual sales targets in a quota-carrying role. Prior experience or strong network within the Hospitality sector is highly desirable. An ability to navigate complex deals and build long-term strategic relationships. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills; comfortable engaging stakeholders across marketing, finance, and commercial teams. A consultative, data-led approach to selling, with a passion for solving client challenges. Experience in card-linked marketing, performance media, or loyalty/CRM marketing is a plus.
