Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on franchise operations across KFC Europe? As a Franchise Success Coach, you’ll be at the forefront of driving outstanding performance across our franchisee base and helping them to deliver next-level guest experiences. This role involves analyzing operational data, uncovering key insights, and crafting actionable strategies to drive growth and efficiency for the region.

You’ll collaborate closely with multiple franchisees across 14 countries, combining data analytics with hands-on coaching to identify opportunities for commercial success during in-market restaurant visits. You’ll play a vital role in building operational capability by mentoring franchisees, solving complex challenges, and sharing best practices to ensure their long-term success. You’ll also lead the rollout of innovative systems and initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency and profitability.

Whats The Scope Of Influence

As a key influencer within KFC's Central and Eastern European operations, spanning 19 franchisees across 25 countries and over 1,200 restaurants, you’ll have the opportunity to drive strategic collaboration with 14 franchisees in dynamic markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

Data-Driven Commercial Impact (40%)

* Analyze operational performance metrics and KFC LISTENS Guest Experience data to identify insights and address root causes for continuous improvement. Spot trends and uncover opportunities to drive growth.
* Transform raw data into actionable recommendations for franchisees and internal stakeholders.
* Combine restaurant visits with operational reviews to provide coaching and develop impactful commercial strategies.
* Support the launch of innovative operational initiatives and systems to improve efficiency and profitability.

Building Operational Excellence (30%)

* Work with franchisees to overcome operational challenges through coaching, mentoring, and sharing best practices. Develop actionable short- and long-term plans.
* Assess partners against World-Class Operational Capability benchmarks and co-create strategies to improve KPIs.
* Support new store openings and refurbishments with operational readiness and training.
* Collaborate with the Restaurant Excellence (REX) team for change management strategies.
* Use unannounced restaurant visits to gain authentic insights into guest experiences and operations.
* Recognize team contributions and ensure follow-up on processes and systems with franchise operations and HR teams.

Safeguarding the Brand (15%)

* Ensure compliance through ROCC audits, feedback, and coaching.
* Promote food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
* Oversee layout approvals and operational handovers for new or remodeled restaurants.

Empowering Communication (15%)

* Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders and serve as a reliable contact.
* Represent franchisees’ challenges within the organization, utilizing negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
* Share expertise to elevate franchise operators to high standards.

Collaborate with HRBP and Field Training teams to ensure robust training resources for franchisees.

Skills That Will Make You Stand Out

* 3–5 years of experience in QSR, hospitality, or retail operations, preferably in a franchise setting.
* Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with BI tools.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus. Willingness to travel up to 30% across Europe.
